Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized items.

Perishable items such as live plants may have shipping restrictions based on state agricultural regulations.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

My Gardening Supplies is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
