Items that cannot be returned include:

- Gift cards.
- Downloadable digital products.
- Items marked as final sale.

8. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
